What are swine flu symptoms?

Swine flu is caused by viruses. Swine flu symptoms are like normal flu. These symptoms are not exactly exclusive to flu but can also be caused by many other conditions. If you feel that you have poses these symptoms it is advised to immediately to have you’re physical check up. This makes the diagnosis of swine flu extremely difficult if just based on symptoms. It would require a lab test to tell whether it is actually swine flu or some other condition. If you want to stay in your house make a self quarantine so that the virus will not spread to others. Swine Flu or A(H1N1) virus can spread directly from an infected person, or by touching an object they recently touched, that’s why you should make washing your hands a habit. The swine flu virus can become airborne if you cough or sneeze without covering your nose and mouth, sending germs into the air. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, preferably those with Vitamin C to boost your immune system, drink plenty of water. Take a multivitamin every day to make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals. Keep these tips to keep you away from sickness because health is wealth.
